At Kaaf Quran Tutor, we want every student and parent to feel comfortable and confident with their Quran learning journey. While we do our best to provide a smooth experience, here’s how our refund policy works:

Before Classes Start

Full Refund: If you cancel 7 days before your first class, we’ll refund your course fee (minus registration/admin charges).

Partial Refund: If you cancel less than 7 days before the start, you’ll get 50% of your fee back.

After Classes Start

Once classes begin, fees are non-refundable (including for personal reasons, dissatisfaction, or internet/device issues).

Special Cases

Medical Emergencies: If a genuine health issue prevents continuing, we may offer a partial refund (based on how many classes were attended).

Teacher Unavailability: If we can’t provide scheduled classes, you may reschedule, switch courses, or get a refund for missed lessons.

How to Request a Refund

or WhatsApp us with your name, course details, and reason for refund.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

Missed classes due to the student’s absence.

Technical issues (like internet or device problems) on the student’s side.
